1/2  cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1  pitted date, minced

1  tablespoon chia seeds

1  tablespoon flaxseeds, ground

3/4  cup almond milk

1/2  medium banana, cut into ½-inch slices

1/4  cup raspberries

1  tablespoon almond butter

1  tablespoon organic cacao nibs

preparation

step 1.

Among four 16-oz mason jars, evenly divide oats, dates, chia seeds, and flaxseeds. Combine.

step 2.

Divide almond milk; stir thoroughly to combine. Twist on lids.

step 3.

Transfer to refrigerator and chill for at least 6 hours.

step 4.

To serve, top with banana slices, raspberries, almond butter, and organic cacao nibs.
