Step 1.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
Step 2.
Add the dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 3.
Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if needed. For a thicker dressing, add more sour cream; for a thinner dressing, add more buttermilk.
Step 4.
Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. The dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
